When purchased in 2005, this home was in deplorable condition, years of abandonment, roof and plumbing leaks, varmints and pests had left it unfit for habitation. Reconditioning began with stripping the home back to the studs. A new roof, windows, doors, siding, wiring, plumbing, and HVAC systems restored the homes functionality. To improve the livability, walls were removed and finishes updated to include hardwood floors, built in bookcases, kitchen island and larger closets. The exterior was painted, porches were enlarged and landscaping and pool rehab completed the transformation.
